To use Stagelighter, performers upload a song or monologue video and choose a coach who provides personal video and written feedback within two weeks.

Along with Clark, Stagelighter coaches include Tony nominee Rebecca Luker (The Music Man, Show Boat), Tony nominee Michael McElroy (Big River, The Wild Party), Shoshana Bean (Wicked), Tony nominee Christiane Noll (Ragtime, Chaplin), Kyle Dean Massey (Wicked, Next to Normal) and Telly Leung (Godspell, Rent) as well as casting directors (Rachel Hoffman of Telsey + Company), agents (Jim Daly of Bloc NYC) and more.

Stagelighter coach and Tony winner Ted Sperling (The Light in the Piazza) said in a statement he thinks that offering advice "is something you do naturally as a music director and director. I've seen literally thousands of auditions over the years and I very much enjoy helping people discover new aspects of approaching their material."

The price for obtaining feedback on Stagelighter starts at $29, and there are no membership fees.
