New York-based actresses Rebecca Blaine Carton and Kira McCarthy have launched Living Thru The Lens, a playful comedy series about millennials and their obsession with technology and social media. In episode six, Carton plays a young woman who is jealous of a friend's proposal posted on Facebook. A behind-the-scenes look at the proposal reveals it is not as romantic as she thinks.

Carton is part of the acting troupe Only Make Believe, founded by Broadway producer Dena Hammerstein, which performs in hospitals for children. McCarthy was featured in Spank: The Fifty Shades Parody Musical tour.
