Following sold-out runs of earlier works Trevor and Whiz-Bang, Jones returns to the stage with Important Hats of the Twentieth Century, the tale of New York's hottest fashion designer of the 1930's, Sam Greevy (played by Elrod). When Sam's rival begins to release strange, never-before-seen fashion items like sweatpants and sweatshirts, he becomes desperate to find out where, or rather when, the inspiration is coming from.

The creative team features Timothy R. Mackabee (scenic design), Jennifer Moeller (costume design), Jason Lyons (lighting design), Palmer Hefferan (original music and sound design) and Robert Westley (fight director).

Tickets can be purchased by visiting NYCityCenter or calling (212) 581-1212. Performances of Important Hats of the Twentieth Century take place at The Studio at Stage II - Harold and Mimi Steinberg New Play Series at New York City Center, located at 131 West 55th St.
