News Nikka Graff Lanzarone and Mo Brady Release "Ensemblist" Episode, With Ryan Steele, Nathan Peck, Stephanie Klemons Mo Brady (The Addams Family, "Smash") and Nikka Graff Lanzarone (Chicago, Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown) have released the 16th episode of "The Ensemblist" — a podcast featuring Broadway backstage stories — entitled "Dance Captains."

"The Ensemblist," according to press notes, "is an inside look at the experience of being a Broadway performer — from the first rehearsal through performing eight shows a week and beyond. Whether you're an experienced theatre professional or just a passionate fan, 'The Ensemblist' gives listeners the opportunity to get to know new performers and the great work they do onstage, while also shedding light on some of the hidden innerworkings of Broadway."

The "Dance Captains" episode features interviews with Broadway actors Stephanie Klemons (In the Heights, If/Then), Nathan Peck (Dance of the Vampires, Taboo, The Boy from Oz, La Cage aux Folles, Wicked, Kinky Boots) and Ryan Steele (West Side Story, Billy Elliot, Newsies, Matilda).

According to press notes, "From running auditions to relationships with other members of the creative team to emergency put in rehearsals, the life of a dance captain is always a busy and complex one. In this episode, we learn about the specific demands of the position, along with the perks and the challenges that come with it."
