Next up in the 29th summer season of Boston, MA's outdoor Publick Theatre is the Arthur Kopit and Maury Yeston musical, Nine, Aug. 5 Sept. 5. This adaptation of Frederico Fellini's film "8 1/2" won the 1982 Tony Award for Best Musical and concerns the life of Guido Contini -- a forty-year-old Italian movie director, much like Fellini himself. Set against the backdrop of shooting his current film, Guido suffers a mid-life crisis while struggling with his fear of artistic failure. The cast includes Spiro Veloudos, Maryann Zschau, Eileen Nugent, Kathy St. George, Cheryl McMahon, Gretchen Goldsworthy, Merle Perkins, Elaina Vrattos, Sarah deLima, Vanessa Strukis, and Deb Martin.
