The broadcast, which airs from 9 AM to 12 noon ET (check local listings) Nov. 27, will include taped performances from a host of Broadway musicals. Nine's John Stamos, Mary Stuart Masterson, Rebecca Luker and Sarah Gettelfinger will perform "Only With You"; the company of Mamma Mia! will offer that show's finale, "Dancing Queen"; and the cast of the new Off-Broadway musical Fame on 42nd Street will sing the show's title song, "Fame."
The Broadway segments will be directed by Emmy Award winner Glenn Weiss. Weiss is the director of the annual Tony Awards telecast.
Excerpts from the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade will also be shown (that parade will be shown in its entirety on NBC).
