News NJPAC Will Feature Broadway Stars Audra McDonald and Sarah Brightman in 2014-15 Season A starry collection of Tony Award winners will perform at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center throughout its 2014-15 season.

The center's 18th season will present The Phantom of the Opera star and cosmonaut-in-training Sarah Brightman Aug. 24. Promoting her 11th studio album, "Dreamchaser," Brightman will explore her feelings and experiences as she becomes the first recording artist to travel to the International Space Station.

Ted Chapin will present The American Songbook at NJPAC Sept. 20-21. Following musical performances, Chapin, the president of Rodgers & Hammerstein: An Imagem Company, will conduct short interviews.

Four-time Tony nominee Tovah Feldshuh (Lend Me a Tenor, Yentl) will return to the role of Golda Meir in Golda's Balcony Oct. 18-19.

Into the Woods stars Joanna Gleason and Chip Zien will reunite to perform in Into Sweeney Todd's Woods, a mash-up of two of Stephen Sondheim's musicals. Performed Nov. 1 at 6 and 8:30 PM, the celebration of the magical and macabre will also feature Claybourne Elder (Bonnie & Clyde) and Sarah Rice, who starred as Johanna in the original Broadway production of Sweeney Todd.

The Sound of Their Music: Rodgers and Hammerstein, celebrating the composers of South Pacific, Oklahoma! and more, will be performed by Tony nominee Howard McGillin (The Phantom of the Opera, Anything Goes), two-time Tony winner Judy Kaye (The Phantom of the Opera, Nice Work If You Can Get It), Telly Leung (Godspell, "Glee") and Tony nominee Emily Skinner (Side Show, Dinner at Eight) Jan 24, 2015, at 6 PM and 8:30 PM. The series "Jonathan's Choice," featuring concerts and conversations with performers, will present three-time Tony nominee Rebecca Luker (Show Boat, The Music Man) April 10 at 8 PM and Jessica Molaskey (Sunday in the Park with George, Parade) May 30 at 8 PM.

Five-time Tony Award winner Audra McDonald (Porgy and Bess, A Raisin in the Sun), currently starring in Lady Day at Emerson's Bar and Grill, will be seen in An Evening with Audra McDonald April 19 at 3 PM.
