News "Normal Heart" Actor Will Star in The Twentieth-Century Way at Rattlestick The Twentieth-Century Way, a drama exploring homosexuality in 1914 Los Angeles, will be presented at the Rattlestick Playwrights Theatre.

The production will begin performances May 28 prior to an official opening June 3. It will continue through July 19.

Michael Michetti will direct the two-hander, which will star Will Bradley ("The Normal Heart," "Pretty Little Liars") and Robert Mammana ("The Office," "The Good Wife").

"Based on a little-known incident in LA history, this theatrical thrill ride explores the collision of reality and fantasy as two actors juggle various roles to entrap homosexuals for 'social vagrancy' in the public restrooms of 1914 Long Beach," press notes state. "But are they actually entrapping each other? Who they are and what they need is a mystery that deepens with every twist and turn."

The Twentieth-Century Way earned Jacobson a PEN Center USA Award for Drama, and was awarded Overall Excellence in Production of a Play at the 2010 NY International Fringe Festival.
