The tale of King Arthur, Guenevere and Lancelot will also play Nashville, Providence, Omaha, Fayetteville, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Fort Myers, Wilmington, Hartford and St. Paul, among others.
The cast is led by Adam Grabau as Arthur, Mary McNulty as Guenevere and Tim Rogan as Lancelot with Mark Poppleton as Merlyn/King Pellinore and Kasidy Devlin as Mordred. Troy Bruchwalski, Philip Bryan, Brandon Cordeiro, Matthew Curiano, Kate Williams Grabau, Andy King, Jon McHatton, Lizzy Miller, Meg Schneider and Kate Turner comprise the ensemble.
Camelot, with book and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner and music by Frederick Loewe, is based on the King Arthur legend adapted from the T.H. White novel "The Once and Future King." The score includes “If Ever I Would Leave You,” “The Simple Joys of Maidenhood” and the title song, “Camelot.”
This all-new production is directed by Michael McFadden and features scenic design by Kevin Depinet, lighting design by Mike Baldassari, costume design by Paul Tazewell and sound design by Craig Cassidy.
The original 1960 production ran on Broadway for 873 performances and spawned several revivals, foreign productions and the 1967 film.
