Dr. Faustus on the Road will make its debut at New York City's HERE for their "American Living Room" Series, Aug. 14-15. The piece utilizes sections of text from both Marlowe and Goethe's versions of the Faust tale. Stephen Nunns will direct a cast featuring Toby Wherry and Paula Murray Cole. Nunns, as well as being Associate Editor of "American Theatre" magazine, has had his work produced by Mabou Mines and at Yale University. Nunns' The Packwood Papers (written with Karen Houppert) played to critical acclaim Off-Broadway in 1996.
