Tony winner Rees (Nicholas Nickleby) and Timbers (Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson) will co-direct the work that will utilize 12 actors to portray 50 characters in the tale of the boy who wouldn't grow up.

Franz Schubert's Winterreise song cycle serves as the basis for Three Pianos, written, arranged and performed by Rick Burkhardt, Alec Duffy and Dave Malloy. Rachel Chavkin will direct the work that follows three friends (each on a piano) who take the audience on a journey through their love for the Schubert work on a snowy evening in a rustic cabin. Dates of production will be announced shortly.
