The 42nd street workshop will present their second annual One-Act Festival, starting off Aug. 10 with Series A. The festival comprises three different series, each lasting three days. Series A includes Lewis' Creation, Always, F**kin' Work, and Comics.
Lewis Creation was written and directed by Stephen Roylance. The cast members are Rahti Gorfien, Mike Jankowitz, Jerry Less, Andrea Clark Libin, Ellen Saland, Thomas Spivey, and David Allan Walker. The second show of the evening, Always, was written by and stars Diana Barth. Also appearing with her in the cast is Eliza Foss, under the direction of Carol Bennett Gerber.
Following is F**kin' Work, by Ian Cohen. James Lorenzo and Herbert Reubens star, directed by John Clinton Eisner. Series A concludes with Comics, written and directed by Rick Eisenberg, and staring Mike Jankowitz and Peter Newman.
Series B follows on Aug. 17-19, and Series C plays Aug. 24-26. Tickets are $10.
