Beauty is only skin deep...or is it? Science, beauty, love and plastic surgery are all on the table in the world premiere of Peter B. Sonnenstein's Patient 23 beginning previews on Jan. 21, opening on Jan. 23 at New York's John Montgomery Theatre.
In Patient 23, Wendy has an impossible request, and Dr. Bill Kroft has the seemingly impossible solution in this tragi-comic, modern day love story, about a couple tangled in a tale of cosmetic surgery gone haywire.
The John Montgomery Theatre Company was founded in 1994 by Patrick Hillan to further new theatre artists through both original and classic works. Other JMTC productions include: Alice Through the Looking Glass, On the Verge, Finale, Othello and Rat in the Scull.
Patient 23 plays through Feb. 7 at New York's John Montgomery Theatre, for reservations or more information, call (212) 627-7076.
