The Theatre for a New Audience will celebrate its Twentieth Anniversary Gala on Shakespeare's birthday April 19 at the Hudson Theatre in the Hotel Millennium. The guest of honor will be 1999 Oscar winner and star of Amy's View, Dame Judi Dench. Cabaret star Andrea Marcovicci will sing Shakespearean and Shakespeare inspired songs following dinner. There will also be a live auction of Broadway evenings, including Amy's View and The Lion King.
Invited guests include Tony Award winning director of The Lion King and TFNA's Titus Andronicus (now being made into a feature film) Julie Taymor, Ted and Betsy Rogers, Pamela Fiori, Joanne Woodward, Dana Ivey and Blair Brown.
