The Off-Off-Broadway theatre company Peculiar Works Project returns with its annual assortment of theatre, performance, dance, music, film works all in one day, Big Art in small places (sic).

Big Art in small places will take place 3-8 PM Sept. 20 at Charas/El Bohio arts center in Manhattan. The show had a one-day preview, July 26.

PWP produces Big Art annually, introducing more than 30 new works in various disciplines (theatre, puppets, performance art, film, dance, music), all taking place under the same roof -- in the span of a single day.

Theatre highlights for this years' Big Art include:

* Puppeteer Chris Burney continuing his "coming out" puppet trilogy with Back Room Suite. * Theatre By the Blind's Ike Schambelan directs his own play, In the Bin.

* The Cloven Patriarchs' Bob Fisher crosses the boundaries of self and villany with his adaptation of works by Stevenson, Dostoevsky and Poe in The Clay Continent.
