Producers Wayne Harrison and Ross Mollison (Slava's Snowshow and the Spiegeltent) have been commissioned to showcase Australian talent from the worlds of theatre, opera, dance, symphony, rock and cabaret for Australia Plays Broadway. Among the confirmed talent are Australian singer-actress Caroline O'Connor (Chicago, Mack & Mabel, West Side Story, "Moulin Rouge!"), cabaret and stage artist David Campbell (Only Heaven Knows, Les Misérables, Saturday Night) and actress and songwriter Christine Anu (Rent, "Moulin Rouge!").

Also joining in the evening of Australian culture will be Shannon Noll (2007 MTV Australia VMA Winner Best Male Artist), Eskimo Joe (double-platinum rock band), Richard Walley (Aboriginal musician and writer), Pei-Jee & Pei-San Ng (twin cellists), Raymond Crowe (Australia's only unusualist), Daniel Sumegi (renowned bass baritone), Pembroke Orchestra, Rachelle Durkin (award-winning soprano), Lisa Moore (classical pianist) and the Australian Dance Theater. Show time is 8:15 PM.
