O'Donnell, Bond, Kron and Lauper Set for PS 122 Spring Gala

News   O'Donnell, Bond, Kron and Lauper Set for PS 122 Spring Gala Justin Bond, Rosie O'Donnell and Lisa Kron are among the celebrities who will partake in Performance Space 122's Spring Gala May 15.

As part of the gala evening, PS 122 will honor performance artist Tom Murrin and Obie and Emmy Award-winning producer Lori E. Seid. The 5:30 PM event begins with cocktails, to be followed by a seated dinner and concludes with the honors and performances.

O'Donnell, whose popular daytime talk-show was produced by Seid, will be on hand to perform. Also scheduled to appear are Blue Man Group, Bond, Steve Buscemi, David Cale, Mimi Goese, Kron, David Leslie and Johanna Went.

Grammy winner Cyndi Lauper is slated to make an appearance in a pre-recorded video segment alongside downtown musician Antony and the Johnsons. Jonathan Ames is the evening's host. A silent and live auction are also slated for the fundraiser.

PS 122's Spring Gala – chaired by Stephen Daldry, Claire Danes, Teri Garr and Jane Friedman – will be held at the Angel Orensanz Center, 172 Norfolk Street, in Manhattan. An after-party will follow at 11:30 PM at the Vault at Element.
