Charlie Rose serves as the master of ceremonies for the evening held at the Four Seasons restaurant, which honors young designers focused on industrial design, architecture, fashion, agriculture and alternative energy, who offer sustainable solutions for every day life.

In addition to honoring designers with cash prizes, the Earth Awards have aligned with business leaders and venture capitalists who have the opportunity to bid on the winning designs in order to develop the sustainable concepts.

Garden, which debuted in the 1980s to critical acclaim, made its Broadway return Nov. 8 and has extended through March 1 at the Minetta Lane Theatre.

The cast includes Sophie Bortolussi, Benjamin G. Bowman, Daniel Clifton, Marjorie Folkman, General McArthur Hambrick (Cats), Whitney V. Hunter, Gabby Malone, Jennifer Nugent, Matt Rivera (Movin' Out), Jenny Sandler, Isadora Wolfe. Musicians for the production include Wayne Hankin (winds), Egil Rostad (cello) and Arthur Solari (music director, percussion).
