The group, which won the "Battle of the Broadway Bands" last spring, will play the intimate cabaret Jan. 2-4 at 7:30 PM and Jan. 6 at 7:30 and 9:30 PM. The band comprises Gallagher, Jr. (guitar, vocals), Heather Robb (keyboard, melodica, vocals), James Cleare (guitar, vocals) and James Smith (guitar, percussion, vocals).

"Using four-part harmony as a diving board," press notes state, "these early twenty-somethings find themselves in stylistic depths ranging from a fair-paced folk to a rarely restrained roots rock. With an energetic, spontaneous live act, Old Springs Pike proves that it's not just a concert, but an event."

Joe's Pub is located within the Public Theater at 425 Lafayette Street, between East 4th and Astor Place. For reservations call (212) 967-7555 or visit www.joespub.com. There is a $12 cover charge and a two-drink minimum.
