Bob Stillman will perform at the Zipper Factory.

He'll perform his original music and lyrics with his four-piece band. While known primarily as an acclaimed singer-actor for his performances in such Broadway productions as Dirty Blonde (Tony nomination, Jefferson Award), Grand Hotel, Kiss of the Spider Woman (opposite Vanessa Williams) and Souvenir, Stillman is also an accomplished and Tony-nominated songwriter (for contributions to Urban Cowboy). He studied piano at Juilliard and composition at Princeton (he's actually playing the piano on stage in Grey Gardens).

His songs blend folk-rock, jazz and classical influences into a uniquely personal style.

The band includes Eric Nicolas on guitar, Marty Beller on drums, Jeremy Chatzky on bass and Dave Eggar on cello.

In Grey Gardens at the Barrymore, Stillman plays George Gould Strong, the boozy accompanist and confidante of real-life society matron Edith Bouvier Beale.

The Zipper Factory is at 336 West 37th Street. Tickets are $20 and are available at www.zippertheater.com and (212) 352-3101.
