News On Time: Works by Minghella, Weller, Fox and Ebersole Reach NY in Estimated Time of Arrival Estimated Time of Arrival — featuring works by Anthony Minghella, Michael Weller, Amy Fox and Lisa Ebersole — lands at Urban Stages Jan. 19.

Drew DeCorleto (Boys' Life, Never Tell) directs the Thirteenth Night Theatre presentation, which opens Jan. 20 for a limited run through Feb. 10.

The 90-minute evening of theatre is comprised of "vignettes about the whimsical and difficult nature of relationships of twenty to thirty-somethings in the modern city these days," a release states.

Minghella's Hang Up — originally a BBC radio performance — is about long-distance relationships. Fox's Hatshop (about two strangers who meet in a coffee shop and take the game they play one step too far) and her comedy Double Click (a look at finding love online) both make their world premieres. Weller's Split: Part One centers on the effects of small details on a long-term relationship. Ebersole's comedy Me Thinks — also a world premiere — finds a former couple who meet up at a reunion where sparks fly.

The cast includes Ethan James Duff ("Get Rich or Die Tryin'"), Reese Madigan (Abe Lincoln in Illinois, Richard III), Jamie Proctor ("Law and Order") and Sarah Megan Thomas ("Girl in the Park," "The Little Things").

Mingella is known for his film work (as writer/director) on "Truly, Madly, Deeply" as well as "The English Patient," "The Talented Mr. Ripley" and "Cold Mountain." He also staged Madame Butterfly for the English National Opera at the London Coliseum in 2005. Weller is known for his plays Moonchildren, Loose Ends and What the Night is For, Buying Time and Spoils of War, and he recently penned the book for the musical Zhivago. His play 50 Words is planned to reach Broadway next season with Elizabeth Marvel and Phillip Seymour Hoffman starring in a production directed by Austin Pendleton.

Fox adapted her one-act play Heights for film — which premiered at Sundance 2005 — starring Glenn Close. Ebersole previously penned Brother (which is being made into an independent feature film).

The design team for Estimated Time of Arrival includes David Evans Morris (set), Juliet Chia (lighting), Jessa-Raye Court (costumes) and Michael L. Cooper (sound).
