Downtown N.Y. puppeteers, The Elementals, bring their latest collection of plants with an attitude, ritual sacrifice and the fractured forces of nature to Manhattan's P.S. 122 through February 15. Clone Squad features a series of comically surreal vignettes using shadow puppets and larger puppets that challenge the notion of puppet theatre as kids' play. The Elementals' handle complex themes, including sorcery, man vs. nature, and other religious themes in a comic, inventive way.

The Elementals, founded in 1995, consist of John Pavlik, James Nichols, James Godwin and Gina Nelson.

Clone Squad is playing at P.S. 122, Feb. 5-15. Tickets cost $12. For more information call (212) 477-5288.
