The two actors taped a cooking segment for the syndicated talk show, and Silverstone will also discuss "The Kind Diet," her New York Times best-selling book.

"The Oprah Winfrey Show" airs in the New York metropolitan area on WABC-TV, Channel 7 at 4 PM ET; check local listings.
