When The Oregon Cabaret Theatre originally presented the musical revue, Pump Boys and Dinettes, ten years ago, it was an instant hit. Now, the Ashland-based theatre will return to Pump Boys filling station, June 25-Sept. 6.
Somewhere down Highway 57, lies the Pump Boys filling station and garage where "Uncle Bob" 's Winnebago is still up on blocks and Jim Jackson, L.M. And Eddie are doing their best to make a living. But, these are Pump Boys with a dream, a dream to make music, whether it be country pop, blues, or a touch of gospel.
Pump Boys and Dinettes is directed and choreographed by OCT artistic director, Jim Giancarlo.
Tickets ($14-$21) are available by calling the box office at (541) 488 2902. The Oregon Cabaret Theatre has also procured a website, located at http://www.oregoncabaret.com.
