Billed as a "blend of European cabaret, cirque arts, music and theatrical mayhem," Teatro ZinZanni: Love, Chaos & Dinner provides a gourmet dinner and entertainment at Pier 29 on the Embarcadero. Montevecchi will stay with the production through mid-January. French star Montevecchi garnered a Tony Award for her turn as the original Liliane La Fleur in Tommy Tune's staging of Maury Yeston and Arthur Kopit's Nine. The actress was also Tony-nominated for her performance in Grand Hotel. She has also appeared in a Lincoln Center concert version of Follies and in the movie "How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days."
Also appearing in Love, Chaos & Dinner are Michael Davis (Sugar Babies) as Chef Tad Overdone, Kevin Joyce as the Maitre D', Martha Enson, Mat Plendl and the acrobatic duo of Gilles Lacroix and Eugénie René, known as Sindhu Love. Vladimir Malachikhin, Richard Sosa, Joe Orrach, Heather Clemens and Duo Mouvance (HèléneTurcotte and Luc Martin) will also appear.
