The 6 PM reading will be held at Loft 21/21. Directed by LAByrinth Theater Company's John Gould Rubin, the reading will boast the talents of Academy Award winner F. Murray Abraham and Bianca LaVerne Jones.

The play, according to press notes, "details the conflict and passion between an extraordinary and tormented painter and a brilliant young African American poet."

Producers are Lori Bajorek and Cynthia Stillwell.
