Mo Rocca 'Cross America — which is subtitled "Comedian, Actor and Political Satirist: Mo Rocca and Friends Celebrate All That is America" — will be presented at Birdland April 28.

Rocca, who was seen on Broadway in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, will be joined onstage by Charles Osgood (host of "Sunday Morning with Charles Osgood"), Annaleigh Ashford (Wicked), Stanley Bahorek (Spelling Bee), Julian Fleisher (singer-songwriter-host) and Brian O'Brien (Spamalot). Show time is 7 PM. In Mo Rocca 'Cross America, press notes state, "humorist and actor Mo Rocca pays tribute to the specialness of our states. It's an evening of fun, factoids, prize giveaways and song, as MO'S friends sing about their home states. 'Country Roads, Take Me Home' to ... 'California, Here I Come, Right Back' ...'Home Again in Indiana'! As any singer can tell you, a nation is only as strong as its weakest state."
