News Our Hit Parade's Erin Markey Will Go It Solo at Joe's Pub in March Erin Markey, who frequently appeared in the popular musical series Our Hit Parade at Joe's Pub, will return to the downtown music venue March 15 for an all-new solo show.

Ben Rimalower (Patti Issues, Joy) will direct the 9:30 PM evening that promises "an exciting bill of R&B, 90's pop and grunge, standards and original music." Tony Award nominee Kenny Mellman (Kiki and Herb) will musical direct. Markey, a conceptual musical performer, has earned acclaim for her previous engagements including Puppy Love: A Stripper's Tail, The Dardy Family Home Movies by Stephen Sondheim by Erin Markey, Looking for Limbo (created with Joseph Keckler), as well as Night Mother and Check It Out with Cole Escola. She appeared in the New York City premiere of Tennessee Williams' Green Eyes. She is currently adapting The Dardy Family Home Movies by Stephen Sondheim by Erin Markey into a musical television series.
