Davis is the latest actress to portray merry murderess Roxie Hart, the role originated for the revival of the Kander and Ebb musical by Ann Reinking. Davis joins a company that includes Brenda Braxton as Velma Kelly, Christopher Sieber as Billy Flynn, Roz Ryan as Matron Mama Morton and P. J. Benjamin as Amos Hart.

Paige Davis is the host of "Trading Spaces," now in its fourth season on The Learning Channel. The series invites neighbors to redo one room in each of their homes. Davis' theatrical credits include Beauty and the Beast, A Chorus Line, Company, Pippin and Hello, Dolly! The performer, who starred in the Las Vegas company of Chicago, also played Annie in the Broadway cast of the long-running musical. Davis resides in Manhattan with her husband, Patrick Page, and their Maltese, Sophie.

Chicago won the Tony Award for Best Revival of a Musical in 1997 as well as awards for actors Bebe Neuwirth and James Naughton, director Walter Bobbie, lighting designer Ken Billington and choreographer Ann Reinking. The original production was directed and choreographed by the late Bob Fosse.

On Broadway, Chicago plays the Ambassador Theatre, 219 W. 49th Street.
