The Triumph of Love, currently enjoying a limited engagement at the Odeon-Theatre de l'Europe's season, is directed by Roger Planchon who also stars in the play. Roger Planchon was one of the pioneers of the regional theater. Director of the TNP-Villeurbanne since 1957, playwright, film director and actor, Planchon is now a major name in French theater.

Joining Planchon in the cast are Isabelle Gelinas, Claire Borotra, Nathalie Krebs, Micha Lescot, Alain Payen and Regis Royer. Sets are be designed by Thierry Leproust, costumes by Jacques Schmidt and Emmanuel Peduzzi and lighting by Andre Diot.
