News Parton to Discuss 9 to 5 and More on "60 Minutes" April 5 Dolly Parton, the Grammy-winning country musician and composer of Broadway's 9 to 5: The Musical, will be featured on the April 5 broadcast of "60 Minutes" on CBS.

Parton, who is about to make her Broadway debut as the composer-lyricist of 9 to 5, will speak with journalist Morley Safer about her childhood, lengthy career and her forthcoming Broadway musical, which begins previews at the Marriott Marquis Theatre April 7 and opens April 30.

Parton, a seven-time Grammy winner, collaborates on 9 to 5: The Musical with librettist Patricia Resnick, who also penned the screenplay for the film comedy. Two-time Tony-winner Joe Mantello directs the production. Choreography is by In the Heights Tony winner Andy Blankenbuehler.

9 to 5: The Musical stars four-time Emmy Award winner and Tony Award nominee Allison Janney, Stephanie J. Block, Megan Hilty, and two-time Tony Award nominee Marc Kudisch.

"60 Minutes" airs Sunday evenings at 7 PM ET/PT on CBS Television. Check local listings.
