The singing actress will make her solo cabaret debut at the downtown venue at 7:30 PM. Cabaretgoers can expect to hear songs penned by Stew, Nick Rolfe, Louis Ressy, Michael Friedman and Nick Blaemire as well as her own original tunes.

De'Adre Aziza made her Broadway debut in Passing Strange, earning a Tony nomination for her performance. Her Off-Broadway credits include Passing Strange, Doris to Darlene: A Cautionary Valentine, Dream on Monkey Mountain and Macbeth. On screen the actress has been seen in "Miracle at St. Anna," "Sex and the City," "Law & Order: SVU" and "Starved."

Tickets are $25 and are available online at joespub.com. Joe's Pub is located within the Public Theater at 425 Lafayette.
