News Patina Miller Sings R&B, Broadway Standards and More at Adelphi University Tonight Patina Miller, who won a Tony Award for her performance as Leading Playing in the award-winning revival of Pippin, goes solo Sept. 19 in the Concert Hall at the Adelphi University Performing Arts Center.

The 7:30 PM concert, which kicks off Adelphi's 2014-15 season, features a wide range of music, including R&B, Broadway standards and more.

Miller has also been seen on Broadway in Sister Act, for which she earned Tony and Olivier nominations, and she will be seen this fall in "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay" and the new CBS drama "Madam Secretary."
