News Patrick Page Is Iago in D.C. Shakespeare Theatre's Othello in 2005-06; Moliere and Aeschylus on Season Slate The Shakespeare Theatre in Washington, D.C., will present works by Shakespeare, Moliere and Aeschylus in its 2005-06 season, artistic director Michael Kahn announced.

Kahn will stage Othello (with Patrick Page as Iago) and Love's Labours Lost in the coming season. The latter will travel to the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon in the summer of 2006. Also slated are The Comedy of Errors directed by Douglas C. Wager; Moliere's 1665 comedy Don Juan, translated, adapted and directed by Stephen Wadsworth; and an Ethan McSweeny-directed version of Aeschylus' The Persians, in April 2006. McSweeny previously staged the tragedy, about the vanquished Persians after war with Greece, for National Actors Theatre.
