Classic Arts News Pavarotti Plans More Three Tenors Concerts Tenor Luciano Pavarotti said yesterday that he expects to appear with Plšcido Domingo and Jos_ Carreras as the Three Tenors again before he retires, the Associated Press reports.
Speaking at a press conference in Hong Kong, the latest stop on his lengthy farewell tour, the opera legend turned pop icon said, "I think we are going to make another concert or two before I retire."

Pavarotti was scheduled to sing with his fellow star tenors in Monterrey, Mexico, earlier this year, but withdrew because of laryngitis.

Pavarotti also said that he expects the tour, which was once scheduled to end by his 70th birthday, October 12 of this year, to last for another year or two. It might end, he added, in Milan, London, Vienna, or the Metropolitan Opera in New York.
