News   Perlman, DeVito and Ferrel Announced for Love, Loss and What I Wore at the Geffen

The Los Angeles production of Love, Loss, and What I Wore, the Ephrons' play about clothing and their emotional attachments, will welcome Rhea Perlman, Lucy DeVito and Conchata Ferrel June 8 at the Geffen Playhouse.

Jenny Sullivan directs the West Coast component of the play that currently plays the Westside Theatre Off-Broadway. Love, Loss, and What I Wore began performances May 13 at the Geffen. The current cast, including Caroline Aaron, Carol Kane, Natasha Lyonne, Tracee Ellis Ross and Rita Wilson, continue with the production through June 6. Perlman, her daughter DeVito and Ferrel will succeed the current company and play through the final performance of the Los Angeles engagement on July 4.

Nora and Delia Ephron penned the play based on Ilene Beckerman's book of the same name that "uses clothing and accessories and the memories they trigger to tell funny and often poignant stories that all women can relate to."
