Created by Ryan Murphy, "Glee" features stage actors Matthew Morrison, Lea Michele and Jenna Ushkowitz. Jane Lynch took home a 2010 Emmy Award for her performance as Sue Sylvester.
Zap2it.com previously reported that John Stamos, who plays recurring role on the Fox series' second season as a dentist rival of Will Schuster (for Emma's affections), will have a role in the episode as well. It seems Mr. Schuster (Tony nominee Matthew Morrison) is against the glee kids singing Spears' songs, so when they visit Stamos in the dentist's office and go under the ether, they'll get to hallucinate the musical numbers. Spears will make her appearance in one of these dream sequences.
We offer a sneak peek at the Spears episode, titled "Britney/Brittany", as well as the Oct. 5 installment, "Grilled Cheesus":
