David Binder, Vivek Tiwary, Susan Batson, Carl Rumbaugh, Ruth Hendel, and Jayne Baron Sherman, in association with Arielle Tepper and Barbara Whitman are producing the much talked about production. Also in the cast are three time Tony winner Audra McDonald, Phylicia Rashad, and Sanaa Lathan.
At left, Rashad and Lathan share individual emotional moments with the audience, while below, Combs and McDonald involve themselves in the play's action.
A Raisin in the Sun is directed by Kenny Leon, with sets by Thomas Lynch, costumes by Paul Tazewell, lights by Brian MacDevitt, and sound by T. Richard Fitzgerald. The production is scheduled to run through July 11.
