News PHOTO CALL: A Sneak Peek at Paper Mill's Thoroughly Modern Millie, Starring Laurie Veldheer, Jeff Kready, Burke Moses and Lenora Nemetz Maltz Jupiter Theatre and Paper Mill Playhouse join forces to offer a co-production of the Tony-winning musical Thoroughly Modern Millie. The show begins at Paper Mill April 10 for a run through May 5. The cast offered a preview in New York the afternoon of April 3.

The production is directed by Paper Mill producing artistic director Mark S. Hoebee with choreography by Denis Jones.

The cast features Tony nominee Brenda Braxton as Muzzy van Hossmere, Burke Moses as Trevor Graydon III, Lenora Nemetz as Mrs. Meers, Laurie Veldheer as Millie Dilmount and Jeff Kready as Jimmy Smith.

The company also includes Ashley Kate Adams as Miss Dorothy Brown, Billy Bustamante as Bun Foo, James Seol as Ching Ho and Jessica Sheridan as Miss Flannery.

Carleigh Bettiol, Craig Blake, Barry Busby, Darien Crago, Patch David, Ian DeVine, Charlie Johnson, Ian Liberto, Sarah Meahl, Lizzy Palmer, Kristyn Pope, Kelly Skidmore, Amy Van Norstrand and John T. Wolfe round out the ensemble.

Based on the 1967 film of the same name, Thoroughly Modern Millie, according to press notes, "tells the story of a small-town girl who travels to New York City to marry for money instead of love."
