News PHOTO CALL: Ashley Brown, James T. Lane, Hugh Panaro and More Perform Irving Berlin With the NY Pops The New York Pops kicked off its 29th season with an Oct. 14 Carnegie Hall performance celebrating the music of Irving Berlin.

Joining the orchestra were guest artists Ashley Brown, Tony DeSare, James T. Lane, Hugh Panaro and NaTasha Yvette Williams.

Guest conductor Jack Everly led a program featuring such tunes as "There's No Business Like Show Business," "Play A Simple Melody," "Steppin' Out With My Baby," "Cheek to Cheek," "Shakin' the Blues Away," "White Christmas," "Alexander's Ragtime Band," "Falling in Love is Wonderful" and "Blue Skies."

The New York Pops is the largest independent pops orchestra in the United States, and the only professional symphonic orchestra in New York City specializing in popular music.
