42nd Street's Tony winner Christine Ebersole and If You Ever Leave Me, I'm Going With You's Renee Taylor were among the blond (and non-blond) Broadway celebs who helped dogs find adopted owners at Broadway Barks. July 14 was the third Broadway Barks, which feature both on-site adoption and an on-line auction, selling celebrity autographed items with the proceeds going to animal services and agencies. Represented in 2001 were A Cause for Paws, Animal Haven, ASPCA, BARC Shelter, Bide-a-Wee, CACC, City Critters, The Humane Society of New York, Kitty King, Loving Touch, Manhattan Valley Cat Rescue, Pet-I-Care, PLUTO Rescue, SICAW and The Tigger Foundation.
