Jane Greenwood, this year’s recipient of the Special Tony Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Theatre, is honored with a window display of her designs throughout her career, including costumes worn by Anne Hathaway in Twelfth Night,Mary-Louise Parker in Snow Geese and Lily Rabe in As You Like It.
Other windows spotlight the Best Musical nominees — Beautiful – The Carole King Musical, Aladdin, A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder and After Midnight.
Costumes from the most recent productions of Drowsy Chaperone, Follies and Side Show are also featured on the third floor of Bloomingdale’s through June 8.
The Tony Awards, hosted by Hugh Jackman, will be broadcast in a live three-hour ceremony from Radio City Music Hall on the CBS television network June 8 beginning at 8 PM ET. For more information visit www.TonyAwards.com.
