"I was born in a trunk. I was raised in a vaudeville family. We had lunch for breakfast, dinner for lunch and a show for dinner.I was born to entertain." The child of vaudevillians and the queen of comebacks, Judy Garland made her greatest return on the stage of the former vaudeville shrine, the Palace Theatre, in 1951.

Broadway Bears VI, the annual Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS auction of one-of-a-kind Broadway Bears, will be held at B.B. King's Blues Club & Grill, Feb. 17. Aldredge, Jane Greenwood and Julie Taymor are among the designers of this year's cub club, with subjects to include Gary Beach (The Producers), Adam Pascal (Rent), Judy Garland in concert at the Palace and Lucille Ball (Wildcat).
