Taking its title from a now infamous 1998 letter in which current Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfield and Vice President Dick Cheney urged then President Bill Clinton to adopt a "new global strategy" that included the removal of Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, the play is scheduled to officially open one day before the third anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks on the United States. American actor Joe Morton (Art, "Terminator 2") plays Secretary of State Colin Powell, while Brit Alex Jennings portrays President Bush.
