1991 Bistro Award and 1992 MAC winner Jim Caruso opened his newest show Caruso — Live and In Person Oct. 2 at Arci's Place. The former member of Wiseguys celebrated the night with The Music Man's Ruth Williamson, Billy Stritch, who accompanies Caruso on the piano, and lyricist Fred Ebb, who contributed the "Girl from Ipanema" spoof, "The Boy from Fire Island."
