Theatrical memorabilia was donated and sold by the theatre community for the fundraiser, which supports Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The event boasted a Celebrity Table, where theatre fans could purchase autographs by or photos with their favorite stars from Broadway, Off-Broadway and television serials. The day-long benefit also included a Grand Auction, where "singular items and opportunities such as walk-on roles in Broadway shows, television programs and films" were auctioned to the highest bidders.

The production will include Bernstein’s incidental music for Lillian Hellman’s adaptation of The Lark, and Menotti’s The Unicorn, The Gorgon, and The Manticore.
