The play, which deals with British war-on-terror detainees at the United States Naval base in Guatanamo Bay, Cuba, known by the moniker "Gitmo", stars Angels in America and Wit actress Chalfant. On hand to take in and celebrate the production's opening night were co-director Nicolas Kent and Daniel Gerroll, as well as Tony Award winning actress Vanessa Redgrave. Below, Chalfant and Lynn Redgrave share a moment at the opening night party, held at Park 118 on 10th Avenue in New York City.

Guatanamo: Honor Bound to Defend Freedom is directed by Nicholas Kent and Sacha Wares, with sets and costumes by Miriam Buether, and lights by Johanna Town. The production is playing at the 45 Bleecker Street Theatre.
