The production opened at the company’s Upper East Side home, 59E59 Theaters, on Feb. 9.

The Right Kind of People is described in production notes as a “biting send-up of the board of a fashionable Fifth Avenue co-op where issues of race, gender, and social status simmer just beneath the surface” as they determine whom to allow to become tenants in their building.
