News PHOTO CALL: Chloe Sevigny, Santino Fontana, Jennifer Westfeldt at Powerhouse Meet and Greet Chloe Sevigny will portray Abigail Williams in Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa's Abigail/1702, a new drama that explores the aftermath of Arthur Miller's The Crucible, which will be staged as part of the New York Stage and Film's 2012 Powerhouse season. NYS&F supporters greeted the press at a June 12 photo op held at Joe Allen restaurant.

David Esbjornson (Driving Miss Daisy, The Goat, or Who Is Sylvia?) will direct the suspenseful drama authored by Aguirre-Sacasa (American Psycho, Spider-Man, "Glee," "Big Love") that will run June 27-July 8.

Here's how it's billed: "Ten years after the events of The Crucible, Abigail Williams is living under a new identity in Boston and haunted by her past. When a mysterious figure appears, she confronts Salem’s dark history head on and must atone for her role in it."

Presented on the Vassar College campus beginning in late June, the annual Powerhouse season workshops new plays and musicals before the public.
