News   PHOTO CALL: Dianne Wiest Leads Wendy Wasserstein's Third to Lincoln Center Third, the new play by Pulitzer Prize winning playwright Wendy Wasserstein (The Heidi Chronicles), is currently in previews at Lincoln Center, with a cast led by Dianne Wiest and Charles Durning.

Academy Award winner Wiest portrays college professor Laurie Jameson whose life, according to production notes, "is thrown into turmoil when she accuses a student of plagiarism." At left and below, Wiest is seen in various scenes from the production with co-stars Gaby Hoffmann and Charles Durning.

Third is directed by Daniel Sullivan (Julius Caesar) and it scheduled to run through Dec. 11 at Lincoln Center's Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater.
